any item upon receipt, we will provide a full refund excluding shipping
and insurance.
After the shipment is returned to us, you will be refunded for the cost of
the product. Sorry, shipping charges are non-refundable. Processing
your return, once we receive it, usually takes two business days.
Notify us immediately. We will give authorization to return
merchandise. Return of merchandise must be shipped within five (5)
days after you receive the return authorization and mailed to the address
indicated below in the same condition as it was received. Initial request
for return not made immediately will not be honored.
Authorized returns must be shipped prepaid. For your own protection,
insure the return shipment. Any returns sent COD will be declined.
